Your Locke Inc. home comes with a full one year Limited Warranty which covers material and workmanship as defined in your Home Owners Handbook for the first year from your date of closing. Reviewing your Home Owners Handbook for warranty and maintenance items is extremely important and could save you money in the future.

Please understand that the Limited Warranty doesn't cover typical homeowner maintenance items like changing your light bulbs or replacing your air filters.

Your kitchen appliances, air conditioning and heating, and roof, just to name a few examples, are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties that Locke, Inc. passes along to you at closing (settlement).  These manufacturers' warranties supplement the protection offered by Home Builder’s Limited Warranty.

It is extremely important to keep up all your routine maintenance responsibilities.
